Each membership is for a year starting on the date you agree to these membership terms. The membership fee is €100 per calendar month for 12 months.

The first monthly payment must be made by debit card or credit card when you sign the membership agreement. The following eleven payments must be made by direct debit. 

You cannot cancel your membership or direct debit if you have had treatments to a value greater than the amount of membership fees paid. Thereafter you can cancel your membership and direct debit. 

If you have paid more in membership fees than the value of the treatments you have had, you can have a gift voucher for the difference in value. For example, if you have paid 5 months of fees, so €500 and have had only €350 of treatments, we will give you a gift voucher for €150.
